Care Instructions
To make sure you get the most wear out of your jacket, It's recommended you follow these care instructions;
Before washing, undo buttons and check pockets for loose or sharp objects.
Wash inside out at 30°
Do not bleach
Wash with similar colours
Do not leave in a wet environment
Do not tumble dry
Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking
Do not dry clean. Chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the jackets print.
Iron on the reverse side using the lowest heat setting, Never iron over the imprint!

By confirming to commissioning a jacket from me you agree that you have read these TOS and agreed to the content outlined. If you have questions or are unclear on anything, please contact me.Payments and Prices
Payments are in GBP and through Paypal.
Prices for the jackets start at £120 (plus delivery costs) and may increase depending on the complexity of the design. A precise price will be quoted before work begins and payment is due on aggreement of the commission.
Delivery costs are not included in the price of the commssion.Measurements

The sizes offered for commision are XS,S,M,L,XL,XXL
(Sizes above will be changed depending on stock, check back later if your size is not here)
I am not responsible for an incorrect fitting jacket because the wrong size was ordered.
If you are uncertain about sizes, I recommend getting one size bigger than your usual clothes size.Refund Policy
After your jacket has been completed, I do not offer refunds. Please double check the size you order before commissioning, and take note of the care instructions found here.
If you require a refund during the commission, you will be refunded what is left of the labour costs.
If you request a refund before the commission has started you will be refunded everything.
-Reprints
Please double check the size you order before commissioning! If a wrong size is ordered by mistake, though please do contact and tell me. As the artwork would be already done for the jacket, I only charge the time and materials to get it printed it on a different size.
-Multiple Orders
If you need multiple jackets with the same artwork on the back, please inform me. As the artwork is identical, I can offer multiple orders for a lower cost than the full price.
-Re-orders
If you have already commissioned me in the past and are wanting another of the same jacket, let me know. As the artwork is identical, I can offer re-orders for a lower cost than the full price.
-No Size In Stock
If I have accepted your commission and I have not the size you have ordered in stock or I cannot get a hold of the size, you will be issued a 75% refund alongside the completed headshot as an apology.Delivery and Shipping
Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and all parcels are tracked to avoid loses. Though an estimate of cost can be given, as delivery and shipping depends on the size and weight of the product, keep in mind this is just a rough estimate and not a final cost.
-Outside of the UK
If you are ordering from outside the UK please be aware you may have to pay import tax, this is down to the client to pay and not the seller.
-Events and Conventions
Pick up from conventions or events is an option if I am attending.Process
1. Drop me a message asking for a Varsity Jacket Commission. (I'm sometimes busy, please be patient and don't worry, I will respond to you!) I'll direct you here to read over the TOS before we get started.
2. We'll discuss required information (such as a refrence sheets, name for the jacket, Jacket Size), I'll send you a price quote, invoice and add you to the queue.
3.Once payment is received and I reach your slot in my queue, I'll begin working on your jacket.
4. You'll recieve an update once the Headshot is complete. At this stage, if you notice any errors to your character (such as missing markings), you can let me know so I can make edits. If you are happy, we can continue.
(Note. After this stage, I cannot make edits.)
5. You recieve an image file of your headshot, the headshot will be printed to the back of your jacket. And upon completion and payment of delivery, the jacket is sent to you ready to wear and enjoy.
